Pool Testing
Test the water regularly using a water test kit available through your dealer or service company.

TEST IDEAL RANGE
Bromine 1.0 (min) - 3.0 ppm
Free Available Chlorine (FAC) 0.5 ppm (min) - 1.5 ppm
Total Chlorine (TC) Up To 0.5 ppm above the FAC reading
pH 7.4 -7.8
Total Alkalinity 100 - 130 ppm
Calcium Hardness 200 - 250 ppm
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 300 - 1200 ppm

The free chlorine/bromine residual should be maintained at all times. Outdoor pools on chlorine require a stabilizer. Pools may require a shock treatment after very heavy usage, heavy rains or wind storms. Follow your dealer's recommendations.
